HISTORY

Tictacs was bought by David Hayes and clients, including the Bryan Martin Racing Club, in August 2008 after showing considerable promising for country trainer, and part-owner Stefan Jokic. Tictacs, who is a son of Hayes' 1993 Caulfield Cup winner Fraar, had won three races, and placed four times, from 10 starts for Jokic, including an impressive all-the-way win on August 6 at Sandown (1400m).

Tictacs began his career with a third in a Seymour maiden in November 2007, and he followed up six days later with an easy win at Tatura over 1100m. The gelding seems to handle all sorts of going, and Hayes believes he has considerable improvement in him. Tictacs was spelled and pre-trained at Lindsay Park Euroa.
